Honda RC51 Throttle Body Fuel Lines Summary
To remove the fuel inectors, you need to remove the plated fuel lines that connect the to each of the injector top clamp mounts. I wanted to provide some basic information on the o-rings that seal inbetween these clamps and the lines themselves. I was unable to source any oem o-rings from places like Partzilla. Unfortunetly, these seals are not even listed on the parts diagrams. However, It is pretty easy to pick up some standard o-rings from someplace like McMaster.
The size of o ring that you will need is: 12mm ID x 2mm Wide, you will need 6 of them. Now these o-rings are a bit bigger than the OEM onee as far as thickness goes. However, once you fully tighten the rails down, the o-ring ill compress and give you a nice seal. You can sourcethese o-rings any where you choose, just make sure the material withstands fuel.
